"Wir haben 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht, sind richtig durchgefroren, da die Heizung nicht funktioniert hat, müssten wir mit dem vorhandenem Elektroheizer improvisieren. Der vorhandene Staubsauger hat seine beste Zeit schon längst hinter sich viel im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes auseinander. Vorsicht beim Parken vor dem Apartment, haben Strafzettel bekommen es ist eine Kurzparkzone, diese ist aber leider nicht ausgeschildert. Die wunderschöne Stadt Wien hat unseren Kurzurlaub gerettet. "

"This property had no working heat we were huddled sleeping 3 across a queen bed for 2 nights because of only being given 2 blankets. The host didn’t respond until the next day and when they did it was a long list of items to complete in order to get the heat working which didn’t end up working. Also no hot water. Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed."

"apartment no. 1 was supposed to be for three people (I paid/booked for three) but in reality the table was only for two and the chairs were also only two. "The hotel is clean and comfy, situated at a location near just 15 mins walk from Wien HBF. We were really very impressed with the helpfulness of receptionist Syed. He took the time to answer to our many questions and even accommodated to some of our requests. He is the definition of warm Austrian hospitality. Breakfast was great too. A lot of good cheese. All in all, this hotel is a gem."
