"The property was very nice. The carpet was stained in the room. Bathroom floor did not appear clean. But room was nice with fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Would stay again."

"We enjoyed the view from our rental and the quietness of the community. I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the rental. The furniture was in bad shape and the level of cleanliness was not to my standard. Kitchen table was wobbly and couch and chair were not comfortable. You could bounce in the chair when you sat down. Carpets were stained and the guest closet wasn't even useable because it was just full of stuff. Cheese wrapper was on the 3rd floor and pretzel wrappers in main bedroom closet when we checked in so I wonder if the sheets were even changed? Stuff was just thrown in all the closets- extra pillows thrown in the storage closet on first floor in with cleaning items? Gross. I rewashed the plates that we took out of cabinet because they were dirty. "

"It's a nice apartment, cheaply but competently renovated. There were cobwebs around when we arrived but otherwise it was clean. The beds are VERY nice, extremely comfortable which is so important. My biggest gripe, something not demonstrated in the listing, is the fact that the property directly borders an actve train teack, and when i say it's right outside I mean it is RIGHT outside. I was kept up the entire night one of the nights of our stay because of a pair of trains stopping and starting on the tracks causing the whole house to rumble like an earthquake. Nothing to be done about that, just worth mentioning I think. Otherwise, the place is nice and we had a great stay.berumbacausing "

"This cute home was perfect for my partner, dog, and I to get away from the city and relax. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and near a nice downtown area with great food and nice people. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful, newly constructed home with so many amenities! Everything in the house was first rate. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, no overcrowding. The kids loved the beach area, playing pickleball, cooling off in the pool and renting a pontoon boat at the marina."
