I was visiting ottawa for first time, I did the booking 3 days before. At the reasonable price, they offered facilities such as laundry, gym, breakfast! I was able to get hotel parking at 20 dollar only. Rooms were clean, everything was above my expectations.

We booked this room on a whim and it was great. We got there a little early and the room wasnt ready which was completely fine as we got to go look at the parliment and the market. We were upgraded from a queen to a king by them and the rooms are great with a kitchenette and a living area. 2 big tvs, a computer workstation. Hubby appreciated the sleep sound machine. We are looking forward to booking here again next summer!

We were surprised by the amount of space. It was essentially a one bedroom apartment including eat in kitchen and dining room. It is older and well loved but very clean and very well appointed. We did not use the car at all while there as we were able to walk everywhere. We would stay again

Our Signature Suite was large, well furnished, well equipped and comfortable, and our bed was dreamy soft. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, and took care of our bags for a couple of hours after we checked out. Plenty of nice restaurants within easy walk. This hotel is an oldie, but still a goodie! Highly recommended.
