"Fantastic experience! The Hobbit House is compact but extremely comfortable and functional! The hosts were very kind and hospitable, offering us a welcome basket with fresh eggs, bread and orange juice. "We stayed for 19 days in March 2025. The villa is very charming-we loved the sun room and used the log burner as it was March and a bit chilly. We used the sauna and spa bathtub a lot. "We really enjoyed the attractive house and the beautiful terraces overlooking the beautiful garden with an enormous diversity of plants and trees. We understand why the name Small World was chosen. The location is great. Quiet but within easy driving distance of a number of beautiful beaches and the location town of Silves. From the house you can also take beautiful walks in the immediate area. We will come back here for sure!"

"We had a fantastic 8 night stay in this comfortable, rustic cottage, which has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The terrace gets the sun all day long and the views are amazing. "A great place to stay surrounded by orange groves which were in flower and provided delicious oranges for our breakfast. Very easy to walk into Silves with many good places to eat. Easy to get to the coast and we ventured further inland. Great communication with the host. Lovely sitting out on the terrace by the pool looking at the cows and donkeys and watching the storks flying around and on their nests. Such friendly people. "

Doing some sort of upgrade to halls and rooms as there were wires hanging out of the room ceilings and some hall walls. I suspect a smoke alarm system? Did not effect visit at all; did not hear any construction noise. "
