"Room very clean but basic!! Refrigerator needs to be de-iced.Landscape needs to be cleaned and updated.Roofing fascia was missing in places, fascility needs to be painted upscale colors!! Theres no flowers or items of decor present. Hotel room window was wide open when we entered.Needed to locked and we were placed onto 2nd floor..There is no elevators and worry that seniors or disabled customers could use.. Overall...good for 1 nite stays!!"

"This was the 3rd time we stayed here and we were told that the 2nd time we were there that the bath mat was wet and left on the floor by the bed and used to clean up floor. Then he said it had to be thrown away. Mind you we didn't even know this happened and we are talking about a $3 bath mat. We were also told we were going to be charged a $35 deposit for our stay the 3rd time. He did forgo the deposit but we were not very happy."

"The house was perfect for our needs. Immediate family and a few extended family members stayed for our daughter's wedding which took place only 15 minutes from the house. The location was ideal. "We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."
