"Good location and house has everything you need. Clean and tidy. On street parking only and steep path and stairs to front door which while okay for our group might not be suitable for everyone. Generally a quiet area - unfortunately the three nights we were there someone close by had very loud music blasting until the early hours which wasn't ideal."

"Good workable kitchen area. Very comfortable seating in lounge area. Good bed, good shower. Safe off road parking. Nice little sunny covered conservatory.Excellent communication from Terina."

"We loved the Professor’s house, great jazz wonderful books, beautiful views and a cosy house what more could you want on a winter break. Felt special to share in his wonderful family home. There was plenty of room, comfy beds, and a great shower. The sourdough loaf was much appreciated and completely consumed. We would love to come back and have the summer experience later in the year."

"Really enjoyed the location. Was able to take long walks on the beach while still being close to Dunedin for access to its restaurants. House was large enough for multiple adults and had both washer and dryer which was convenient as this was a stop in a longer trip. We really appreciated the electronic keypad entry since we had people coming and going on different schedules. Would definitely stay hear again if I was ever in the area."

"Excellent property and host. Quiet but convenient location. Beautifully clean, comfortable and tidy. It was wonderful being able to bring our two dogs as well. (The property isn’t fully fenced so do think about keeping your pets on lead outside) Would definitely recommend, and will happily return. "

"The house suited what we needed to accommodate various family members and to be close to our Dunedin family. Really appreciated the wood burner which kept the living space cosy on the cold winter mornings and evenings. Nadine and Jake were very responsive to queries and fixing the dripping tap. Overall very happy."
