I just found the hotel room suite I had was poorly cleaned...I found garbage behind the curtains and under the couch...the bathroom fans did not work, and part of me was glad they didnt because the vent was so dirty that I didnt want that spraying in the air. When I brought this to the attention of check in staff, they said they would get back to me and never did. Also I opted out of daily room cleaning and was told to call when I want my room cleaned....day 3 I requested a cleaning and the person on the phone seemed very "annoyed/inconvenienced" I hate complaining...and Im a really chill dude....but IDK I just felt a little lack luster in the experience mostly in the small details.

I didn’t like the cost of checking in early. It rained Feb13 and they had several garbage pail all over the casino to catch watch from a leaking roof! Approached by several people asking for money—perhaps security should be a the door (seemed homeless people)
