"Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, I booked a one night stay here and double (sleeper room) my room was changed to a room with a view of the Thames. Nice clean and comfortable. Room I was given tho it was directly opposite the lifts so was very noisy guests that need some consideration to not talk because they sounded like they were in my room. Sign needs to be put in place to ask guests to keep noise to a minimum when going to their rooms."

"We went here for the start of my 30th birthday celebrations and wow the staff really pulled out all the stops! Free room upgrade, a cute cake and 2 free drinks. They also gave us a Riverbank view which was beautiful! The check in was very hectic at 3pm so i would suggest checking in online or going later on. Breakfast was gorgeous but hot breakfast and continental. Something for everyone. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you for making it a memorable experience!"
