"The receptionist, Lynn, was an amazing host; she saved my life with an epi-pen and gave great insider tips on Pai! "Had an excellent stay with my family. My villa room was not suitable for 2 adults and 3 children- although the hotel tried to do as much as he could to accommodate us. Service was excellent- shuttle service is perfect and flawless. Hotel is beautiful Breakfast is superb. Pools ate very nice and the views are really beautiful. "Very basic rooms. Misrepresented on Google maps and in hotel booking sites. Certainly not 3*, possibly not even 1* Would possibly have been reasonable value at 1/3 the price. No safe in room. No mention at reception. When I asked, I was told he would put things in his room but there is no safe! Little space to hang things. Only one hanger. Pillows are as hard as bricks. Shower is weak and luke warm. Sink tap drips constantly and sink leaks. Noisy fairground over the other side of the river, so...
