Very rarely do I give a review but this time I think it's important. It's a new, nice and clean hotel with great rooms. Not one word of English spoken at the reception desk! The hotel was under renovation and first we were offered a room with no window and renovation in the hallway just outside the room. Went to the reception to ask for another room, since we have booked a room with cityview. We were given another bigger and better room with a view, but to the indoor mall and no cityview. As we came with our dog we didn't bother to move once again. Breakfast - no egg dishes, very strange since Mexicans consume the most eggs in the world. No bread offered and in general very limited selections. The area very boring, but I would recommend everyone to visit the football museum just across from the hotel. Staff was nice and in general hotel was just fine despite the few hickups.

There are no windows, and you only have a cristal to nowhere, however, still light enters the room. Dirty sheets, limited and old towels, terrible customer service. The hardest mattress I've ever sleep.

A nice place overall, clean and decent. Be careful not to stain towels. I got charged the equivalent to 14 US dollars because I accidentally stained one bath towel. Apparently the cleaning lady makes notes while going in to your room to clean of wherever they see as a possible charge $ The day I checked like 2 minutes after I left the room the cleaning lady arrived to the desk holding a stained towel that I left in the room, is just suspicious to me how fast she got to the desk with a towel pretending to be the stained one.. I felt unsafe for a minute thinking they spy on you.. so NO I will not stay there again for that specific reason.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. We were checked in and were not told about the AC problem. This is in the middle of summer and the temperature in the rooms was in the 80s. One of the rooms had a repugnant smell and the staff didn't do anything about it.

Lo que me gustó fue la amplitud, la sobriedad, todo esta en un piso. Lo que no, es que el mapa del hotel en expedia nos condujo a una clínica en barrio extraño como a 2 kilometros del destino. Tuvimos que ingeniárnosla para llegar. Como esta en una plaza con departamentos, no esta claro dónde esta el loby y hay que andar cargando las maletas por el mall. Pedimos una toalla extra porque somos 3, nuna llegó. Sin embargo, ya conociéndolo, si regresaría. Finalmente me gustó.

Ruidoso todo el día. Frío en las noches invernales
Hotel que nontiene calefacción. El ruido en el día debido al casino y plaza anexos es mucho. Por la noche los salones de eventos dentro del hotel se pueden escuchar en todas las habitaciones. Personal con excelente trato, me cambiaron de habitación y aún así el ruido es demasiado para dormir tranquilamente.
