Great location on the strip as it is close to many other attractions, the trams and monorail. There is many dining options nearby. We did the self check in and it was automatic check out. We only spoke to someone to confirm the check out and location of luggage services. We did not mind it as it was convenient but it does take away quite a bit of the hospitality out of the industry. We stayed in the mountain room and it was nice and clean. We were near the elevator and could hear it run, as well as some muffled tv noises from next door but it did not bother us. Our curtain wouldn't close all the way and it got very bright in the morning.The only real issue is the shower is not functional. They only have half a glass panel that does not keep any of the water in the actual shower. You'll be ringing out towels just to get the water off the floor so it doesn't get to the walls and cause any water damage. There was not much amenities in the room which was expected. No mini fridge but we just used the ice bucket to keep things cool. Casino floor was always really hot which may be why the smell of cigarette smoke was heavier than other casinos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Resorts World Conrad. Our room was comfortable and very nice. Great view of the strip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was calm and quiet. We will stay again.

Great property and staff were helpful. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed, great for the money in my opinion. My only critique would be that a little more attention be payed to the cleaning of the rooms. I found hairs and some random smudges and mystery splashes in various places. A little more attention to cleaning details would have received a well-earned 5 stars.

Really clean, huge, lots of restaurants

The hotel was in a great location near little Italy and china town and many sight seeing attractions. We loved the staff at the hotel they were amazing we will definitely stay there again when we return to New York!
