"Very nice and comfy, private with quiet area. Also close to center and beaches."

"Location is amazing but the property needs a good clean inside and out and is in desperate need of some TLC Amazing potential but really needs the owners to do even nominal maintenance. Every tap in the joint drips, there is water damage throughout the kitchen and bathroom. No AC but great airflow if they’d invest in a few more pieces of dowel to keep the windows ajar."

"Entire floor throughout apartment was sandy/dirty. Made it very uncomfortable to walk barefoot. I understand if there was a bit of sand from the beach, but it was as if nobody had swept or vacuumed the floor. Location was great which is why it gets 3 stars"

"This property was as mentioned on the site however we assumed there would at least be coffee/tea and basic necessities like oil to cook with. We also thought we could hot spot our own wifi but signal was pretty much non existent so we could not watch things we had brought from home on usb, or netflix. The front porch area was filled with debris and we had to do a major sweep to get it clean."

"Beautiful property with the beach close by. The house smells amazing, from the minute we opened the door, my senses were taken to another place. Unfortunately the beach was a bit rough for our young kids to swim in, so we drove to forster but this is no fault of the house, just unlucky with the tide and would prefer a flat, calm beach for young children. "Great spot, easy to book and collect keys. The unit was ok for the price I expected more. Unit/villa needs better aircon. The unit was very hot and stuffy and the unit just didn’t do much to cool the villa a part from the main area. The 2 portable fans need replacing, very old and only went one speed didn’t move any air. The villa needs a good deep clean. My daughter has special needs and scoots on the ground on her bottom and her bum was black along with her hands. Everything seems very...
