"We had a great experience w/ the staff that we interacted with at the bar area shortly after we arrived. Although their bartender had called out we still had a good time and the manager made a drink for my boyfriend, even with little current bartending experience. Another great experience was the quick call we received after my boyfriend had mistakenly left his keys in the room after we’d already checked out and were on our way.
