"overall, great stay. Rooms are large, updated, and clean. We had two rooms- both backed to the stairs- didn’t hear a thing from other rooms or anything like some posts have said. Parking garage right across the street- $35/night. Area was totally fine- lots to do and options for eating or snagging a drink. We didn’t encounter any homeless issues- even walking in the tenderloin. Our new go-to vacay spot for when we visit SF. "

Easy to access all forms of transportation from this location. We took Bart in from the airport Walked about 1.5 blocks to the hotel from the Powell St station. After that used all the muni transportation services to see many parts of the city. We will definitely stay here again!"

The best part of our stay was the bed it was very soft and relaxing that I already slept at 7PM. Best sleep of my life! Exceptional customer service and will definitely come back again. "
