"The hotel is very attractive and in a good setting convenient for the motorway network. The rooms are nice . The staff could have been a bit more friendly we found them quite formal. We received conflicting information about the cost and availability of some services. For example, some of us were told that there was no facility to store luggage, others had their luggage stored without a problem. "

"We had a two night stay. The hotel could do with some revamping, as some areas were looking a bit tired. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and seemed to like working there.
