One of the best things about Paignton is the accessibility - with the seafront and town centre all a stone's throw away. It really does ensure a relaxing break as, once you arrive, you won’t need to go far. That said, there’s still ample opportunities to head out and explore the rest of Devon’s natural beauty. Including Torquay and Brixham, which are only a short 15-minute drive.
Like the rest of the English Riviera, Paignton boasts sub-tropical palms and calm waters that make ideal swimming and paddle boarding conditions. The apartment is conveniently located so you can explore Paignton pretty much entirely by foot. The beach is just a short two-minute walk away, while the town centre is only five-minutes.
For those who wish to visit by public transport, Paignton has a great local train station with regular links to Exeter St Davids and Exmouth. Direct trains connect Exeter St Davids to the majority of the UK, including London, Bristol, Cornwall and the Midlands.
