Iconic Meiselman Built Modern Home in the Heart of Little Beverly Hills Neighborhood! Meiselman, a premiere Architect. This 4 Bd 3 Bath home, newly remodeled offers the classic Mid-Century desert lifestyle. Complete with a free standing Casita, firepit, and a resort like backyard, every day is a vacation! Each room has a queen bed + an extra queen air mattress. 5 beds total. Spacious backyard that makes you feel like your right in the center of nature.
Key code for self check in will be emailed after booking.

-No loud noises to the point where neighbors are disturbed, otherwise reservation will be cancelled without any refund. We have outdoor cameras and neighborhood security to ensure a safe/quiet environment. No smoking indoors allowed. Smoking will incur a $500 fee.

-Sometimes last minute bookings may require some lead for preparation and check in, contact us for more info.

-All guests must specify the number of people staying in unit for reservation. Any excess people over the stated amount on reservation will be charged $100/person. There will be no charge as long as you state exact number of people at time of booking.

-Parking is on site.

-Guest must specify arrival time

-Address listed on this listing is a nearby key pickup/host meetup location, this address makes finding location easier. Please refer to email for actual address.

-We may be able to accept pets at an additional rate of $50/day + deposit. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $350 non refundable fee.

Beautiful property with a huge pool.
The house is large and the backyard is even larger. Overall everything is beautiful. Communication with management was easy. It is close to the airport but we were never disturbed by airplanes as inside the house was very quiet. We hope to book a stay here again.
