Simple Mid-Century Elegance with Private Pool

The home's classic Mid Century post and beam architecture, high ceilings, and numerous windows allow an abundance of natural light into the premises.
Fire up the BBQ for dinner outside. Soak in the above ground hot tub. Enjoy the beautiful and private pool or lounge in one of the many seating areas poolside. Yard is fully fenced, gated and private. Enjoy the mountain view while lounging by the pool and at night you can watch the tram go up the mountain from the back yard.

There is a beautiful heart shaped pool in the main yard, which is for the exclusive use of guests. Pool is private. Above ground hot tub is heated year round. Pool can be heated from November 1 to February 28 at an additional cost of $50 per day (minimum of 2 days).

Incredibly perfect vacation getaway
We LOVED this little house! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and the pool was the perfect reprieve from the hot Palm Springs weather. The house was conveniently located, easy to find, and just a 5 minute drive to a bunch of excellent restaurants. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Another Great Stay
Can’t remember how many times that Robert has hosted us. We’ll be back. The casita is very roomy, perfect for a couple. Everything we need in the kitchen to make meals. Very private. Great outdoor space & pool.A little out of the way at the end of the airport, but just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs and easy access to the rest of the valley.

Perfect Palm Springs property
We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Great location, great yard, and being told we could help ourselves to the fruit on the trees (grapefruit and Meyer lemons) was a delicious added bonus. :)

Wonderful Place to Stay in Palm Springs
The location of this property is great, 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, and mere minutes to I-10 and other major arteries in the area. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need to stay here. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and there is plenty of outdoor space to relax in. Robert's communication was prompt. One of the best places we have stayed in and we highly recommend this property!

Great Stay
This was our 2nd stay in the casita, and we’ve already booked our next visit. Spacious, sunny, and comfortable. Private, lots of outdoor space, good size pool. Whether we wanted to cook, lay out by the pool, read in the shade, or stream a show on the large-screen TV, we had everything we needed or wanted. Wifi worked well. There is plane takeoff/landing noise when outdoors certain times of the day, but always quiet indoors.

Perfect Palm Springs Retreat
This property was beautiful and serene. The bubbling fountain and all the nice areas to sit outside were so relaxing. Loved having our own space to cook meals. The bikes were wonderful and the pool was perfect! Nice and quiet, but close enough to downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Perfect and cute
Had a wonderful time at this property for our girls trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed. From relaxing by the pool to cooking meals. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. And even though its near the airport you can hardly hear the planes fly by. Felt safe and loved the privacy of the whole place!

Palm Springs Exploration
We spent four days here and found the accommodations to be lovely; very comfortable, extremey clean, and fully equipped to meet our needs. Location is ideal and allows for easy trips to nearby destinations, especially downtown. Hosts were very helpful. We especially loved sitting on the patio and watching the hummingbirds. We would stay here again and not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

spacious --roomy--- comfy --all the amenities and close enough to downtown to Uber/Lyft it anywhere you want -- Robert was a great host ---very well decorated and special touches ----definitely a rental you will enjoy ----comfy King size bed---lots of storage---roomy living room and lots of light ---separate kitchen with everything you need ----great host---yes it is .close to the airport but plane traffic didn't bother us ---definitely would recommend---think this is a find!
