"The hotel is clean and in a great location for getting into Palma/the airport. Room was big and overlooking the pool. Lots of choice for food, however, the setup of the street food dining area downstairs needs more staff/explanation of how it works. Also, one day we waited 1hour for lunch at the Oceana restaurant and staff were openly stressed and unhappy. Entertainment staff were lovely, others need to be a bit more aware of customer service. All in all a good stay and would come back! 😊"

"Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. "Great location and found the staff on reception and in general all week to be excellent and helpful - great that there are a couple of blocks and options in terms of pool areas and bars - only slight issue we found is lifts and waiting - because of the split between buildings and separate lifts for getting to beach and main pool, you often have to wait for multiple trips for lift whixh are also really small so if you have a baby and pram like we did you cant fit or share with others so often had...

"This hotel is situated in a good location right by the beach. About 30mins walk (easy) to the santa maria basilica and 35to old town. There is also a lidl (grocery store) close by. It is easy to get to the airport about 8mins away. There is a bus that you can take to get to the airport for only 5€. The hotel is clean, has a beautiful pool although pretty windy since it is on the roof. The staff were great and i got to stay at the pool even though I had checked out. Would definitely come back."

"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers.
