Fantastic 1 bedroom 2 bath condo at Grand Panama Resort. We are in building two with a great Panama City Beach view. The fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and Bar B Que grills are just a few steps away from our front door. We are near enough to ensure convenience and far enough to ensure quiet relaxation.

Our condo comes furnished with all of your linen needs for your stay, please bring your own beach supplies and towels do not take linens from the unit. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need for your stay, Toaster, Blender, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer.
Master bedroom has a King Bed with a large flat screen TV and Master Bathroom with double vanity and large walk in shower. Second bathroom has a tub shower combination. Hall also has built-in bunk beds and living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa which brings sleeping capacity for this unit up to 6 guests.

A pedestrian bridge takes you to the Gulf front pool and our world famous beach. This resort has both front and middle beach road access making it easy to travel going east or west for great shopping and dining.

Property features two pools, two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center...
You will enjoy this upscale resort and all the amenities. The beach is beautiful and the property is stunning with fantastic tropical landscaping. Bonefish Grill is located within 1/2 mile. Great choice!
Clean condo, well stocked, furniture was comfy and well taken care of. Easy check in process, no issues. Actual condo location was great! Directly above the parking deck and had elevators, a pool and gym almost directly across the hall. Never heard outside noise, even with all of the options right there. Easy acess to the bridge to cross over to the opposite side of the resort and access a second pool and the beach. No issues, great amenities, beach chair service was a big bonus!!! Would definitely stay again.

Nice Place!
We are a family of 5 from TX. We arrived after hours around 530pm local time, and so check in was a little extra work, just had to call a number and get a parking pass for security, which was an additional $50, little disappointing it's not included. The condo was clean and as described, perfect size for our family and had two pools we used a lot and a couple of chairs w/ umbrella on the beach. Weather was cooperative and was a really fun trip! Would definetly book again!

Nice getaway for a week
The only is is the parking. The parking garage is terrible and there is not a lot of space. We drove an SUV and it was a struggle. The room was as great. No issues with the elevators. View is ok, exactly what it states in the Ad. All in all I would give it a 7/10.

Great location!!
This property is fantastic because of its location. It is on the same floor with a heated pool, hot tub and exercise facility. It’s only one floor above the parking garage so waiting for elevators was not an issue. Access to the beach was very convenient. Shops and restaurants are walkable. We enjoyed our two months stay very much.

Loved that we had easy access to get to the beach. We didn’t have to worry about walking across the street. Quick and easy access to the swimming pool. There was a pool on our floor and one on the bottom. We all had a great time. Just wish I’d brought my own pillows. The master bathroom was really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was all that we expected, the property was clean and very nicely decorated. It was very convenient and included all we needed to have a great stay. We came down for a baseball tournament! We were worried about being on the “5th” floor, after the parking garage, and there only being 3 elevators but it proved not to be an issue. The size and location of the condo were great. When we come back, we will definitely try to stay here again. I will warn you though parking on the night of 4th of July was a nightmare. Even though we paid and had a permit to park. Other spectators were not afraid or respectful so if you can avoid moving your car, don’t move it!

We had a great stay; the only thing is, the correct address to check in needs to be correctly stated. If you are all under 25, you have to check in at another building 17 minutes from the resort. This is not clearly stated on VRBO. My friends and I waited in the resort for 2 hours because we didn’t know we had to check in at another building; the lady at the desk told us that she had nothing to do with our rental because it was privately owned.

Condo was throughly cleaned prior to check in, met all needs and requirements . Parking Garage has one of the worst designs I have ever encountered . If you rent from a private owner , be ready to meet at the off-site location for check in and not at the resort itself . Would Stay here again 100%.
