"Very nice staff, always eager to help. The rooms were freshly painted and clutter free with a sink in each room. There is no closet nor shelving for storing the luggage or hang clothing for longer stays however they might have larger room with storage capacity for extended stays. The laundry facility is superb. The kitchen is large and clean. Highly recommended as it is the only affordable place in Greymouth and it is my j better than other hostels or even hotels in the southern part. "

"This was a well presented motel unit and we really liked that it had 3 single beds for our 3 children. There were also enough dining chairs. We did find the motel very warm as it was hot when we stayed and there were fans provided to cool the unit. Air conditioning would be better, but a very tidy, clean and comfortable stay. We all agreed we would stay there again."

"This ocean front property is conveniently located to Pancake Rocks. The cabin location is ideal for touring in this area. The layout of the kitchen, bathroom, and living space is quite workable. The bedroom is a bit small but had a comfortable queen bed. The staff were very helpful and there was parking next to the cabin. Highly recommend this location."

As the heavy rains came during the night, we were beyond grateful that we were not in a tent or in a small metal "economy room" with no bathroom! We were safe and sound in a lovely two bedroom cottage with a well equipped kitchenette, large living room, covered deck and a walking path to the ocean (before the rain came). We were only there one night, checked in late and left early, but...
