"I stayed here 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking all your meals. The queen size bed is very comfortable and cozy nestled just behind a loveseat sofa in front of the TV. There is a spacious patio/deck area with comfortable furniture, and Webber gas bbq, well suited for entertaining. I enjoyed the view and walking distance to the beach and village area. The local pub has good food and staffed with friendly folks. There is grocery shopping within 20 minute drive to Balclutha. Paul is a great host who was very attentive when the WiFi internet speed dropped to almost nothing. He had it fixed the next day. If you want a fun, peaceful stay at the ocean, this is the place!"

"Great house with everything you need. Easy to walk around the area. Didn’t receive check in code so was lucky the neighbour contacted owner and we were able to access house. Very comfortable and would love to come and stay for a week next time. "
