The towels and bedsheets had stains on them. The pillows were old and the inside material was shredded and barely formed a pillow. There were ants in the bathroom and dirt throughout the room. There was also dirt and grime on the walls. There’s a good chance I got food poisoning from the breakfast, and was sick for the duration of my trip. The only upside was that the staff were friendly. We stayed during Carnival, so the rate was marked up high around $180 USD, so I’m confused how at this price they aren’t able to provide clean sheets and new pillows.

A pousada estava em reforma, não tinha noção quando fechei o negócio, o quarto estava nas primeiras noite com forte odor de tinta fresca, e as demais dependências como ( salão de jogos, academia e restaurante estavam inoperantes, essas informações também não constavam no site da pousada, atendimento nada a reclamar, pessoas muito atenciosas

Em breve (espero), uma ótima pousada.
A pousada está sendo totalmente reformada. Fiquei em um quarto que ainda não tinha sido reformado. A estrutura da pousada é ótima, com quartos amplos, ótima ducha, piscina e dois SPAs. O interior do quarto é que estava decadente, com má iluminação, abajur quebrado, móveis velhos e vagabundos. A parede do banheiro já tinha sido remendada várias vezes com azulejos diferentes, o que dava uma péssima impressão. Mas acho que, em breve, estes problemas estarão resolvidos, pois, pelo que pude ver dos quartos novos, tudo está sendo feito com bom-gosto.

Atendimento dos funcionários são muito bons. Quando chegamos, nosso quarto estava cheirando muito a mofo, Jamile muito simpática, nós trocou de quarto na hora. Porém limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar, não colocam toalhas de banho, de rosto e de chão, tem que ficar pedindo. Café da manhã é muito bom, Lucas, Luara, Viviane e Andréia ótimo atendimento no café.Na piscina Vitor é super simpático. De forma geral, é bom. A localização é bem perto do centro.

Entrei em uma furada
Café da manhã maravilhoso, localização boa e área externa completa, piscina e hidro, para quem gosta de usar. Nosso quarto foi o 212, quarto simples mas custou 567,04 o dia (3 diárias 1701,12) e não justifica a falta de respeito e pouco caso com nossa hospedagem. Basculante e rejuntes do banheiro mofados, chuveiro pinga pinga, chão sujo com pentelhos, tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada, porta do banheiro não fecha e enterra, não tem um tapete no chão do banheiro e na entrada, quarto com cheiro muito forte de verniz, ar condicionado MUITO BARULHENTO e localização do quarto ao lado do refeitório (dormir até mais tarde sem chances). Tudo de ruim que poderia receber foi entregue da melhor maneira. Quarteirão ficou sem energia por mais de 12hs e luz de emergência dentro da pousada somente recepção e bar, resto somente com nossos celulares até acabar a bateria. Nunca fiquei tão desconfortável em uma hospedagem como na pousada Villa del sol.

Serviço deixou a desejar
O hotel é agradável, porém o serviço deixou muito a desejar. Fiz o check in às 14:00 e a recepção só me disponibilizou toalhas às 21:00. Eles anunciam a possibilidade de um café flutuante, mas na hora da contratação dizem não poder afirmar se poderá ser feito na piscina. O café da manhã teoricamente começava às 7, mas na prática só por volta de 7:20. E por último havia hóspedes na piscina com caixa de som escutando música alta até 10 horas da noite, mesmo tendo aviso que não era permitido som.

A pousada é linda. O cafe da manha é excelente, com opcoes de tapiocas de diversos sabores inclusive. A localizacao é muuuuito boa! Fomos ao centro historico andando e ao cais para o passeio de escuna tambem. Ponto negativo: o jato do chuveiro não estava legal. Precisávamos "caçar" o jato d'agua.

Estadia de 4 dias viagem sozinha
A área de lazer do hotel é excelente, boa piscina, espaço confortável. Tem duas jacuzzis porém não consegui usufruir por não ter horário disponível. O café da manhã é muito bem servido com variedades. O quarto que eu fiquei por ser mais simples, não está tão bem cuidado, precisa de ajustes e uma reforma pra atualizar, alguns pisos no banheiro estão manchados por utilização, alguns cantos sem proteção pois estavam quebrados e não reparados. Algumas marcas no teto também de infiltração. De resto sem nada a reclamar, a pousada é muito boa, recomendo.
