Seating area far too small for a hotel this size, breakfast offerings very average, no proper system for the omelette station (three times in a row the omelette I ordered was given away to other patrons)- on the whole, chaotic. I got a very warm welcome by concierge Rajesh who couldn't have been more delighted to see the passenger emerging from the taxi! His customary Good Morning Maam immediately turned into a shriek of delight. Sushant at the desk had very kindly already arranged for an early check in for me.
