I stayed here 26-27th March for my birthday, and this hotel exceeded my expectations- they upgraded me to a deluxe room with a balcony, and upgraded me to a free breakfast the following morning- the staff were so friendly and had great rapport, more than welcome to help with any questions or requests, even let me store my suitcase there in the morning as my Eurostar back to London wasn't until the evening, at no extra cost. "Our suite was huge and had a gorgeous window with a lovely view. The hotel could have been cleaner (if it was we would rate 5 out of 5) and our room smelt of smoke a bit but the location was great and the staff and facilities where superb!"
