"The house is right on the water, with a nice view off the deck. It was just as described, and I would recommend it. The only downside is that you HAVE to buy an insurance policy in case you break something. I have never had to buy any kind of insurance for this, and I despise buying extra insurance on anything because it is usually a waste of money. Plus, on top of buying the insurance policy, they also put a hold of $500 for any other discrepancies. "

"This is a super cute cottage. It is perfect for 2-3 people or a family with small children. We stayed overnight for a visit to UTM. The cottage is close to campus and the downtown area. Martin is a quaint rural town with a great Farmer’s Market, coffee shops, and Blake’s restaurant has delicious food. The cottage has a very comfortable bed, is well stocked with towels. We didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchen, but it looked to be well stocked. "

"Overall good place to stay. It is clean and has lots of games and puzzles for children. Beds sleep well. If i could suggest 1 thing it world be at least 2 good pans to cook bacon and eggs in...We always cook breakfast. We have stayed here every time we visit family and it is avaliable."

"The area is beautiful and mostly quiet. The staff at the resort were all nice. Beautiful view of the lake from a nice sized deck. There are no steps but a ramp, which was nice as well. "Nice, Beautiful views, convenient boat ramp. I would suggest putting a roof over outside deck, so you could sit out when it’s raining. Mini blinds on the left side of sunroom so neighbors can’t look in. If there’s a cleaning fee why should guests wash dishes ?"
