Our room was clean. Beds comfortable. Nice breakfast options. We could bring our pet with us. Traffic noise if you stay in a room by the highway but the other side of hotel was very quiet.

Staff at check in were great. In the morning TV didn’t work. Said no signal. Tried their advice - no luck. Offered to come to room and try but I wasn’t dressed. Parking lot was not easy due to trucks and also motorcycles parked under entry awning.

When I went to check my party of 7 in 2 suites, it was only showing where there was 1 reserved with 1 guest. After some time and me finally asking the front desk worker if the other room was saved under the name of the adult that I put down that was going to be in the other room.....was we finally able to get it worked out. It took forever. Then there was a massive storm that knocked out the power from 9:30pm until a little after midnight. Then the power went off two more times after that briefly. The rooms got so got and stuffy quickly. The only lights were emergency lights in the hallway and they wasn't enough. There were some noisy scared guests freaking out outside our rooms. We wasn't able to get any sleep that night because of the stuffiness of the rooms and noise made our kiddos uneasy. The hotel itself was beautiful, the extras were nice, but the only flaws are lack of ventilation and the hotel needs more emergency lighting in the hallways.

Great stay!
Stopped for an overnight while traveling thru. Staff was very friendly and hotel clean. Lots of breakfast choices, which is good for the little picky eaters. Would stay again.
