"It was just for 1 night so review is based on that. We we put about as far from entrance as possible. That was ok just inconvenient. Not sure who was above us but they could not have stomped any harder while walking until well after midnight. Pillows were on the firm to hard side for my taste. Front desk people were fantastic and very friendly so this review doesnt reflect on them at all. I am sure if we had stayed longer the other issues could have been worked out. "It was conveniently located for me to do all the things I needed to while in Arizona. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helpful. My room included a refrigerator, microwave and small counter stove top. It would have been helpful to have a channel guide in the room to help figure out local news, etc."

"We stayed in one of recent renovated units and that was very nice. Appliances, finishes, beds, furniture, including the fold out sofa very nice and the unit was kept very clean. Loved the shower. And the unit must be well insulated, as it was very quiet and the resort was sold out!! Parking was a bit difficult and never was able to park near our unit."

"My daughter is a patient at The Mayo Clinic. Very convenient for me to drive there and back . Location is excellent. Close to dining, Starbucks, Whole Foods etc. Hotel was quiet snd perfect for what I need. I will stay again. Only negative was having to pay for parking."
