"Very old building in the heart of old San Juan. Place was exactly as pictures showed. Clean, well equipped. Super hot water. Had towels, bedding, shampoo and soap. The place was perfect for us. The host was extremely helpful and replied to messages immediately. Self check-in and check-out was very easy. Noisy at night, yes, but we knew that. It was actually entertaining sitting on the balcony watching the bar scene action across the street from us. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff here are amazing and the property is beautiful. The only thing is we didn’t get turn down service the entire time and the AC unit blows right on the beds. "This place is a rundown dump. It is nothing like what is advertised. It says this is a Hilton property. If it is then Hilton needs to close this down. This is coming from a Hilton rewards member. Room smells, bed is small, carpet is dirty, building is old, door is unsecure. I am itchy just staying in this room. I am sleeping with all the lights on because of how filthy the room is. I need to be sure nothing is crawling on me. So upset I paid almost $200 to stay in this dumb for one night."
