"First, you need to know that the hotel is more like an Air B&B. The entrance is between two restaurants; you would never know it unless someone helped you. It is a cutout door on a larger door, so you second-guess yourself. When you enter the door, you will see steps going to the second floor to the small receptionist desk where you check-in. "Excellent location a few blocks from the Spanish Steps, shops and restaurants. Good size room, full bathroom, whimsical birdcage elevator to get upstairs, and a private entrance (green door right in the middle of restaurant outdoor seating) to enter. All for a fair price. My only critique is that the walls are not terribly soundproof- there was a guest next door who woke up each morning hacking up a lung to the point of vomiting, and it was a daily alarm clock. But likely just bad timing being...

The room was very clean, beds comfortable and bathroom clean and perfectly adequate. Lovely courtyard view. Good air con and a safe.
