"When I tried to check in, the guy couldn't find keys to my room. He scrambled for about 20 minutes, but nothing. He apologized several times and seemed a bit nervous, but I reassured him that I'd be willing to take whatever he had available. He ended up finding a room and then the key didn't fit. Honestly, I couldn't get annoyed because sometimes these things just happen. He went above and beyond to get us situated. We finally got into our room and it was probably the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. It wasn’t super fancy, but was very cute and super tidy. I will be staying here again for sure. If the hotel reads this review, give that guy a raise. He's worth every penny. "

"Excellent stay! We usually stay are Ameristar but decided to give Monarch a try and we were very impressed! The only issue we had was at Java when getting coffee. The three employees seemed completely overwhelmed and were not getting peoples drinks out or correct. Other than that everything was awesome!"
