"Rooms were clean, lovely decor, area quiet. Loved that the pet section was separate to the rest of the units. The units are older so typically the aircon is quite noisy and the hot water took a while to come through but I'd happily stay there again. Great value. Loved that we were able to have our dog with us (the temperature was in the high 30 degrees!) "

"The reception rang to make sure I was ok as as I hadn't arrived and it was close to 6.45 pm. That was nice. I was shown My room and explained there was a club 2 doors down if I was hungry. My room was very nice it smelt lovely the bed was very comfortable, shower was hot and good water pressure. I would recommend this motel and will stay again if needed. Thank you to the man at reception for caring."

"Nice apartment and great for a 2 night stay. Had a balcony with an outdoor table and chairs. Check in was terrible. I was sent an email saying I had entered all my details, but when I arrived there was no reception available. I rang the number and the woman said they did not have my credit card number. It took about half an hour to get wifi and enter my details again."

"All fine the apartment was very big, huge bathroom. Breakfast was a simple Aussie type, cereal , toast various bran, coffee juice. Negative the drive way to the complex, needs fixing many holes in road, needs gravel or something to fill those."

"It really needs some work doing to the place. The amount of money that was spent, the place isn't up to date. The pool was dirty, our cabins bathroom was rotted out (smell was unbearable) , the slidding doors were hanging off the runners, only decent part was the camp kitchen was actually really clean. "

"Lovely place to stay- peaceful and safe. Easy parking, wifi in an otherwise township 'dead zone'. Close to everything with lovely friendly host and staff. Dinners available and a neat BBQ area. "Historic hotel with 5 fireplaces, superb food, timber bar and just generally a nice family feel, Electric blankets are very warm, sheets crisp and towels very white. Simple breakfast included with nice balconies and north side garden. Went for a short 5 min walk and saw ten kangaroos, Took a great photo of the hotel from the front.but no way to share here. Hope the front balcony damagefrom the wayward car is fixed soon. Finally, we stayed at Royal Capertee on our way to visit the oil shale...
