"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. "

"Spent 5 nights at this hotel and when arriving we were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with a shared swimming pool and a huge terrace with our own sun beds. Very quiet at the end of the corridor. The facility closest to the beach feels modern and clean. The rooms (at least ours) was aged and a bit outdated. Yes it was satisfactory clean. We chose All inclusive and the variety and themes were really good. Lots of gluten free options, and also the kitchen could make other dishes upon...

"Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax"
