Decent hotel. Friendly and efficient reception. Good central location. Beds and pillows soft and comfortable. Housekeeping could improve by refilling empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Stayed at the recommendation of my sister in law who's a local to Perth. She told us about their roof top bar and cool style but even with that heads up, we didn't expect to be blown away at the sweet design, attention to detail and overall awesome experience of staying here for a night. The rooms are so cool you want to just stay in but the location was too good to ignore and you have to go exploring. The bars at QT are each thoughtfully and professionally designed- this is worth a stay just to appreciate the visual curation of the rooms, halls and common areas. Overall very pleased, food and drink were top notch and I will be thrilled to have a chance to go back.

I went to the Bar to have a drink, and there were little bugs all over the place. Sat at reception waiting to be picked up and there were flies everywhere

We had a lovely couple of days, upgraded to a river view which was lovely, booked the club rooms which were great, staff were very attentive, cant wait to return.

The property is in need of some maintenance and repairs. The location is great facilities are good. Our room was comfortable but the bathroom ceiling was mouldy, carpet needed vacuuming cobwebs rust and lots of cracks outside on balconies and verandahs. Just needs some TLC Didn't receive anything much for being a vip hotel.
