"When I booked the hotel I had no idea about the pool situation. When we arrived they informed us that the pool will be under reconstruction, itā€™s a little disappointing. The staff were amazing, the hotel got 3 restaurants, spa, and gym. The Japanese restaurant was clean, and the food was above and beyond."

The journey thru the "safari lands" in special buses is outstanding and the park caters to all ages and I think a must see for any visitor to Bali. Now to the lodge itself. "The hotel was in a great location and near all the shops, restaurants and beach. The staff were very good and helpful. Although called suites , the room was no bigger than most we had. It was nice regular room with a compfy bed. Sanur is i good area without the backpackers and clubs of Seminyak. Nice restaurants and the beach is really nice and useable.( unlike Seminyak). Located in a good area to then expore Ubud and down to Ulliwatu etc. "
