Stunning view. Well equipped.
We biked the kettle valley trail (right next door) and loved coming back to the property to relax in the evenings. Lots of birds, an amazing vista and everything we needed (including more than enough towels and spices and coffee!)

Peaceful, restful, beautiful property
Lovely setting, very private and peaceful to sit on the deck and bird watch, view sunrises, and sunsets. The access to the Kettle Valley Railway trail is so easy, just beyond the driveway. The cottage was perfect for us. A well stocked kitchen, great views, and super clean. Susan was a great host, honoring privacy, and excellent communication and hospitality.

Family friendly long weekend getaway
We stayed at Susan's property for Victoria day long weekend with our two young children and absolutely loved it. The property has a large grassy fenced area, bbq and a picnic bench, perfect for staying in and enjoying quality time on the property. Our children enjoyed playing with the board games and toys on property as well...and we cannot forget Nellie too! Perfect location with easy drive to Summerland, Penticton and Naramata. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back again next year!

Accommodations were perfect! Clean, comfortable and a great view. Hosts were helpful when needed. Who has a better first morning reception than 30 quail dashing about in front of your window as you have your morning coffee?

Rural retreat
A spacious and well appointed cabin in a beautiful setting with sweeping views of Penticton and the Naramata bench lovely during the day and at night. It offered both privacy and close proximity to trails and the city.

Peaceful Getaway
It was great to have a place all to our family, complete with a backyard, picnic table, deck, and BBQ. The inside was recently renovated, tidy, and had all the little details figured out. It's a beautiful home and location. Susan was very responsive with her communication and our family enjoyed our stay.

One of our favourites
We absolutely loved this rental! It was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. The privacy and the property allowed us to enjoy time with our extended family and the kids enjoyed the horses and cats on the property. They even had a few toys for the kids. We will be back!

Excellent Vacation Getaway
The property was immaculate and the owners took time to ensure there were little extra touches in the home. Great view of Penticton and Lake Okanogan. Our family really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

5 Stars for sure
This newly updated space at the end of an active horse barn (don't worry, no smells or noise!) has a peak-a-boo view of Okanogan Lake and an expansive view of the Okanogan Valley and the mountains east of Penticton. It is located in a very private, quiet, pastoral setting with a cherry orchard next door, pastures and wild lands nearby, yet only a ten minute drive to town and the beach on Okanogan Lake. Complete relaxation happens on the outdoor covered patio with that aforementioned view. The unit was squeaky clean inside, with a well-furnished kitchen, modern bathroom, wonderful beds, and a comfortable living room (with large TV). Communications were prompt with the on-site owner who afforded us complete privacy on our 3 day visit. I cannot imagine renting anywhere else on our next visit to Penticton.

Awesome Hideaway in the Hills
We had a fabulous stay over 4 days at this property. The house is fastidiously clean, beyond well equipped, a perfectly located on the Penticton West Bench. Downtown is less than a 10 minute drive. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the hills to the east change color as sun set. I can highly recommend!

We decided to make a quick last minute trip to Penticton. Found this property. It was easy to book and Susan, our host was good in answering all of our questions and getting us information in a timely manner. The location was great. It was relaxing and close to all the activities that we wanted to do. I would look at this place again for future bookings.

Above and Beyond!!
Our stay was absolutely spectacular! We couldn’t have asked for more. The hosts went above and beyond in every single way to make sure that our stay was something truly special. The hosts thought of everything and added personal touches which left a big impression on my whole family. The kids loved the horses and it was incredible to see their confidence grow over the weekend! We are already looking to book our trip for next year!

Wish we could have stayed longer!
Susan, Doug & the gorgeous horses were the most gracious hosts! The pictures truly don't do the property justice, the view from the patio is absolutely breathtaking! The suite was spotless and had amazing amenities and it was super close to town - it was really convenient to get in and out! The power went out in the region on one of the mornings during our stay and Susan was quick to respond and kept us updated as the day went on! Genuinely one of the cutest VRBOs I've ever seen! Looking forward to coming back!

Susan and Dough went above and beyond to make this place perfect! The place is very nicely put together, updated and very comfortable. It was clean and more than we expected. Perfect amount of space for adults and kids. The Communication with the host was wonderful and very helpful. Really enjoyed out stay. Nice place to unwind after exploring the area.

Great property which suites for short and long term stays
The detached house is very private with fabulous view of the Okanagan. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a living room with leather sofa and 2 chairs. The kitchen is very comfortable and well stocked. The bathroom is well apoointed and is even equipped with laundry closet. The finishings of the property are made so that it's easier to maintain it clean which is how we found it when we checked in. This house is also equipped with a very efficient air conditioning unit which we appreciated a lot. We wish we could stay there longer as it's comfortable, spacious, away from city traffic. We would like to come back next year. We met the owners of the rental property but only because we wanted to :-). Also, there is a cherry orchard next door that allows upick which we took full advantage of as the cherries were ripe and great. The access point to KVR trail is a short distance away. This is one of the best places to stay in Penticton for families.

Beautiful home in a tranquil setting
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year. The home is brand new, spotless, well stocked, with a lot of care and attention put into every detail. It was so nice to be so close to Penticton but in a quiet, peaceful, gorgeous natural setting. Just a quick bike ride or drive to town. Photos are accurate but don’t quite do this place justice. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Great Little Get-Away Spot
This property is new, well stocked and very clean. It’s out of the way and a nice break from city living but still very close to amenities. The view from the covered patio is great, we also enjoyed visiting with the horses. Our family appreciated the big TV and Netflix as we had a rainy few days. Communication with the owners is easy, they provided important info before our arrival and responded quickly to questions. These owners have done a great job with their new rental 😊
