"We have been coming to visit the Petoskey area for ten years in the late summer but never during the dead of winter. The town was magical and charming in a blanket of snow, and The Perry Hotel was the ideal place to experience this. Gorgeous dining room lovely historic room, great staff. It reminded us of stays at The Drake Hotel in Chicago. Delightful experience---we'll be back!! "

"Beautifully decorated and spacious. Comfortable for 6 adults. Hot tub was ready to go @ 103 degrees. Fireplace was great. Guest relations were helpful and responsive. They had everything we needed. Toilet paper holders didn’t work the dishwasher needs to be fastened to the countertop and the soap dispenser is broke. The window in the living room doesn’t close so drafty. Front bedroom could use a space heater "
