NĂŁo atrapalhou a viagem mas nĂŁo voltou nem indico
Longe do centro, 15 min de carro sem possibilidade de ir a pé. Não tem serviço de quarto.. Estacionamento na rua mas não tive problemas. Pousada sem cuidado piscina e hidro sujas. Café da manhã ok esse sim com cuidados ref ao Covid. Quarto grande mas mal cuidado, quarto não foi limpo durante as duas noites bem como o lixo não foi retirado. Não se enganem pelas fotos... A parte social da pousada eh bonita e bem cuidada mas nem todos os quartos são parecido com as fotos... Podia ser mais confortåvel sim... Atrapalhou a viagem não... Não voltaria e também não indicaria pois por preços semelhantes da pra ficar no centro próximo de tudo....

Pontos fortes: Funcionårios atenciosos, bem receptivos; vista linda para a colina, chuveiro e cama excelentes. Pontos fracos: InstalaçÔes antigas (ralo do banheiro tampado com fita, piso do chuveiro derrapante, quase caí algumas vezes no banho, amenidades de banho pobres e toalhas de banho åsperas, limpeza deficiente com teias de aranha na instalação, só tem um ventilador de mesa, não tem tv a cabo, tv bem antiga, café da manhã pobre de opçÔes, as fotos do quarto no site não refletem a realidade em hipótese nenhuma, pelo preço pago pela diåria, não vale mesmo a pena.

Pousada com linda vista e aconchegante.
Excelente local para casal e até para família. Local dispÔe de piscina e hidro, quarto com lareira, varandinha e vista incrível da cidade e da serra. Ficou um pouco a desejar por falta de estacionamento, carro fica na rua porém em frente a pousada. Local é bem no alto e por isso ir de carro é facilidade, ou vai ficar dependendo de uber para ir e voltar do centro com algum conforto.

Tapetes empoeirados e velhos. Mesmo sabendo que não havia garagem, surpreendeu a estrutura precåria para estacionar os carros na rua. Dentro da pousada, muitas escadas íngremes e com desniveis, pessoas idosas e crianças podem tranquilamente ter acidentes.

O quarto pequeno, desconfortĂĄvel, chuveiro elĂ©trico q ñ esquentava, apenas 1 sabonete p pia e chuveiro p 3 pessoas( pedimos mais e ficaram questionando porquĂȘ!!!), muitas escadas, TV c o mĂ­nimo de canais, nĂŁo havia um copo no quarto! Ñ hĂĄ ar condicionado, o q no verĂŁo seria insuportĂĄvel!!! CafĂ© da manhĂŁ fraco!!! NĂŁo tem estacionamento e a rua Ă© uma ladeira estreita, e ñ comporta estacionamento de muitos carros!!! Tivemos q estacionar no pĂ© da ladeira e subir e descer c malas!!! Cara p o que oferece!!!

A pousada é super aconchegante e tem um visual incrível pra cidade e pras montanhas. O café da manhã é uma delícia e também tem serviço de cozinha disponível. A sala de estar conta com uma lareira e é uma ótima pedida pra um conversa, vinho e frios (na pousada tinha alguns da Concha y toro a venda). Descobrimos durante o café que a pousada conta tem um pequeno e fofo mirante, de onde é possível admirar o céu lindo que tem em Friburgo.

Pontos positivos: O que mais gostei foi a localização. NĂŁo Ă© longe do centro e possui uma vista linda para as montanhas. Os funcionĂĄrios sĂŁo bem prestativos tambĂ©m. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ Ă© bom. Pontos negativos: a limpeza dos quartos Ă© pĂ©ssima. O quarto que eu fiquei estava com muita poeira no nicho que colocam papel higiĂȘnico reserva e, pior ainda, junto ao papel higiĂȘnico tinha um palito de dente usado do hĂłspede anterior. A varanda do quarto estava bem suja tambĂ©m. Fios (instalação elĂ©trica) aparentes no chuveiro e na varanda do quarto. A pousada nĂŁo tem estacionamento. A piscina estava suja (o chĂŁo da piscina todo sujo) e nem entramos por isso. A cama Ă© dura. A pia do banheiro nĂŁo tem ĂĄgua quente. Fiquei na melhor categoria de quarto e mesmo assim tive todos esses pontos negativos. A pousada nĂŁo Ă© tĂŁo conservada como aparenta nas fotos. Acho que a pousada precisava investir em manutenção e em um melhor serviço de limpeza. Ponto negativo Expedia: a pousada me cobrou 50% da diĂĄria no cartĂŁo no dia 08/04. A polĂ­tica do Expedia dizia que sĂł seria cobrada em 14/04. Reclamei com o Expedia e nĂŁo tive nenhuma resposta para o caso. Isso Ă© muito grave. Achei um absurdo. SĂł nĂŁo cancelei tudo, porque estava em cima da minha ida e fomos passar um feriado lĂĄ.
