"I reserved the room weeks in advance. I requested two single beds. They said confirmed and no problem. When I arrived at 3pm she said the twin bed room wasn’t available and she had a king. "They resort was unresponsive to my messages and calls. I showed up from the airport after a 20 minutes drive around 10pm. No one was present to give me a key, and no one was answering the phone, I had been trying to call before my flight took off as well.
