The check in was super easy. Staff was very polite and accommodating. The restaurant was great. Food was excellent and wait staff were super nice and friendly. Drinks were very good as well. Atmosphere in lobby was wonderful. There were two different weddings going on and we were able to enjoy them as well while we had drinks and dinner.

The only thing that was nice about the was the view from the window. The downside about this property the elevator wasnt working properly, the mattress didn't have a mattress cover, there was no door or curtain for the shower, you had to pay for wifi and parking.

The Hilton on City Avenue in Philadelphia is a very nice clean hotel and is very convenient if you are planning to visit St Joseph's University. The staff are friendly and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable. There's a very nice pool. We had a great stay!

The property was fine. Two doubles will not fit a grown family of four. We did not end up staying overnight as my wife and I along with our two teenagers will not fit comfortably in two doubles. The parking lot is also down the block and not covered so a bit of a pain to get to and from.

The staff was great. But the hotel itself was really run down. The parking is about a block away. We should have valet parked, but we chose self park. And had to drag luggage a block up hill. The entrance is not very accessible. Half a flight of stairs to the entrance, with an awkward and small ramp hidden by brick and bushes. The room we reserved was unavailable even though we checked in after 4pm. They found a room for us but it was awful. Stains on the chairs and on the floors. Carpets peeling up at the edges. Bed has a huge dip in the middle. Walls were so thin that we heard every word of a phone call in the room next door.
