There was no microwave in the room. The stairway doors and other gust doors kept slamming including my room. Besides that the hotel was clean and the staff was nice.

We had a nice one night stay here for a concert at Wells Fargo Center. There was road construction coming in and leaving but it was ok. Not sure why it was valet only. Only one part of the parking lot looked under construction but valet guys were very nice. Over good experience.

Guests get confused easily with the area and there’s literally nothing around to do, eat, or basic needs on walking distance. You need a rental to stay in this property. The area is under full construction.

Only had one issue that was addressed by the staff, otherwise comfortable stay for what we needed. Valet parking was the only option. The room doors have gaps, so there were times when it was noisy.

There was construction the road outside the property, but it wasn’t a problem with getting in/out. The door to the room and bathroom were difficult to open/close because the door was really tight in the door frame. The wifi was difficult to connect to. The TV would also lose connection pretty frequently. There were not a lot of channels to watch. The staff were really friendly. The updates did make the everything look very nice. It was a convenient location to the Wellsfargo Center. I would stay here again.

Very nice room. I have never stayed on the 14th floor of a hotel. Nice view! Door did not close properly. Had to push it to make close. Door stuck ! In the middle of the night, i heard noise at my door. Scared me ! They charge me $100.00, not sure for what. I was told it would be returned to my account. Just checked my account, and it has not been returned as yet. I was told my room rate was $124.00. Checked my account, Expedia charged me $179..00. I will never go through Expedia again.
