"1 night shouldn’t require a do not disturb sign, and 2 knocks waking us up before ready to do so. 8 am on the first one. There should be a clear list for the cleaning crew to know rooms are definitely unoccupied. I can see 11ish, close to check out coming and knocking, but to wake us up after needing the extra rest was big point off for me. Luckily I still gave you guys a solid star rating, the cleaning crew could certainly have that list and just trying to be proactive. I get it, get the work...

"The best part about this hotel is the convenience of just walking out to the lift area right in front of the property. But this property also has so many amenities, such as dining, a spa, pool with hot tub and you can rent your skis and equipment downstairs.
