Plus, with plenty of street parking and a driveway, you’ll have no trouble accommodating vehicles.
You will have access to the entirety of the home, except for two hallways closets which are utilized as storage. Feel free to use all the amenities as you please. We only ask that you respect the home as your own.
PARKING: Driveway or street parking, no garage parking available.

♦This is a NON Smoking home. If any smoking is found inside the house, there will be a $500 fine. There is plenty of patio, use that please! :)
♦Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. A penalty of $500 will be applied for any violation of this policy.
♦Absolutely NO Parties or events. There is a $500 fine for unauthorized events + additional damages
♦No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
♦We have one, actively recording camera (doorbell camera) overlooking the front porch which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device (Minut) in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels, but in no way records audio or video.
♦ We ask that once you run out of the provided supplies/toiletries, you please buy your own.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood perfect for your getaway. In order to keep the tranquillity of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbours while on vacation.
