- PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.
- PARKING: Street parking only.
~ Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.
- FIREPLACE: Please do NOT use it for safety purposes.
- NO elevator. Stairs only.
- Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different.
- You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 14 steps to reach the second floor.
- For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them.
This unit is on the first floor, but you will have to go up several steps to get to first floor. Guests can access the whole Unit # 3.

* By taxi or ride-sharing service: You can use a taxi or ride-sharing service such as Uber or Lyft to reach the property directly. Simply enter the address as your destination and let the driver take you there.
* By bike: If you prefer to bike, you can find bike lanes and bike-friendly streets in the area.

Before booking, you will need to verify your details with Know Your Guest and pay a refundable security deposit of $150 or purchase a damage waiver of $20. Please ensure that you complete your validation prior to check-in.

- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you've received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key
- Please DO NOT USE the fireplace for safety purposes. Violation fee: $750.
- If you have been given a parking pass, please remember to send us a photo of it and show it left at the property. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge for a replacement. Thank you for your cooperation.

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the 11:20pm.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit If your stay is from December to February. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.
