Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors, including balconies and patios. A $500 fine will be applied if smoking is detected.
Tampering with or removing smoke detection devices will also incur a $500 penalty.

Pet Policy:

1. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited on the property.
2. A $500 fine will apply if pets are brought in. Violations may also result in reservation cancellation without refund.

Parking Rules
Only park in designated uncovered spaces. Parking violations, including parking in unauthorized spots, may result in towing at your expense and a $400 fine.

Lost and Found
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, items can be returned for a handling and shipping fee. Unclaimed items are held for 72 hours before disposal. Fees vary depending on the item’s value and storage duration.

Parcel Delivery Policy

Guests are not permitted to use the property address for package deliveries.
We do not accept or handle parcels for guests and are not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.

No Party Policy

Parties or events are strictly prohibited. The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras and noise monitors. If a party is detected, law enforcement will be contacted, and guests will be evicted without a refund.

Unauthorized Guest Fine: $100 per guest
Party Fine: $500

Additional Fines and Policies

Lost Access Card: $250
Unauthorized Late Checkout: $50 per hour

Building Interaction:

We are fully authorized to host guests; however, contacting or visiting the building's front desk is strictly prohibited and may lead to conflicts. Each visit will result in a $200 fine and may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. For any concerns, please contact us directly.
