"It was definitely one of our best trips and hotel stays. Upon arriving, all the staff welcomed us and made us feel at home. There are three beautiful pools and easy access to the private beach. I highly recommend the half-board package. The food was good, with generous portions. Overall, it was a flawless stay for three nights. Thank you! "

"PROS: 1. Every single employee is genuinely nice and professional. 2. There are cameras throughout the hotel and good lighting, all good safety measures. 3. Free breakfast buffet offers lots of food and closes at 10:30am which is perfect so kids don't have to wake up too early. 4. We got free 2 water bottles each day per room which is nice. CONS: We wished they put more thought into the exercise/ gym room: 1- The exercise room should be open 24 hours. People who exercise while on vacation are generally people who prioritize their personal health and safety, and have no need for assistance to operate the exercise equipment, plus there's a security camera in the room and staff at the front desk should anything arise. During the 4 days we stayed, the exercise room closed at 5pm. Of the hundreds (yes, hundreds) of hotels I stayed at within a decade, this is the first for us. 2. Please put small towels, cleaning spray/wipes, and 1-2 yoga mat, and mirror on the wall(s) in the exercise room. The mirror is for safety reasons, as people need to look at their form, ie the weights in relation to their body position so they don't hurt themselves and maximize their exercise. *Placing the gym room with the pool view is perfect! It's nice to be able to see our family in the pool. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, but until they make the recommended changes above, my family will not stay here again mainly because having access to a proper exercise room is important to us. "

"Arrived for new years. What a feast! 4 hours of music, with intermissions that included lion dancing and a magician. Band was really, really good. Only couple of negatives: too many people hung their clothes out to dry (nobody wants to see other people's unmentionables drying) and the breakfast food was average. Service was excellent and the room amenities top drawer."

"Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. I know it's not common outside the US, but tipping the buggy drivers or room cleaners is always appreciated. Negatives Tourists. The amount of families that do not watch their kids, let them run rampant or the amount of adults that act incredibly entitled is astounding. During my 4 days, I witnessed a grown man sitting in the entrance fountain lounging like it was a pool, a woman take a paddleboard that was reserved for another guest and would not return it even after I told her the rental guidelines, a father letting his child walk along the outside border of the infinity pool on the other side of the glass where the drop was about 4 meters. If you go travel to another country that's not your own, please don't be that kind of tourist. "
