Holiday apartment in Waikawa Bay, Picton. Three minute walk to the Waikawa Marina and Jolly Roger (restaurant and bar). Off-street easy boat and car parking on concrete (with wash down facilities for boaties). No traffic noise, secure property. Sleeps two (king-size bed) with ensuite. Comfortable living/TV room. Separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, double electric hotplate and utilities. Quality residential decor and fittings. Minimum 4 night stay over the Christmas holiday period (December to end of January).
