"We stayed two nights in this really beautiful place, embedded in lush surrounding. It was so peaceful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went with on a morning walk in the surrounding forest, guided by a very talented member of the staff who could show us lots of things! There was also good spa and a restaurant which served all kind of food. The pool was also nice. The place is fantastic, we really recommend a visit there!"

"The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities."

The property had lot of trails on their property though the sign boards marking the trail are limited. I got lost in a trail within the property with no recognizable trails and had to use the google maps on satellite mode to locate the nearest path. Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst."

"We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues. The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any. Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay memorable."
