"The room was great. Everything was fine and perfect for a solo traveler. I only have two critiques: One: When it rains (which it did rain briefly for multiple days during my stay), the water can drain onto either the handrail or stairs inside the building. This seems like a hazard. Two: I got breakfast included in my stay, which was pretty good; there were plenty of options.
