"Vista Bonita is a rare find; its relaxed and friendly yet clean, neat and tidy. What really makes it are the staff. Have been a few times now and Ayoz (with his wonderful colleagues Edvaido and Deigo). greets me like a long lost friend and makes me a wonderful coffee (or 3) each morning. I will be back and if you want a relaxed gay base from which to explore the delights of Maspolomas I suggest you visit too"

"Very nice hotel, stayed in the family room which had plenty of room. We went all inclusive which had a good choice of food, if you didn’t go all inclusive you would struggle to find many restaurants in the San Agustin area you would need to go further afield "

"Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. The decor of the hotel was bright and airy. The food choice was excellent at all meals times and the all inclusive package provided just what we wanted. The staff to a person were friendly helpful and welcoming"

"Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "

"Just got back from a half-term stay at the Radisson Blu and we're really pleased we went. We had a two bedroom suite (actually, we got upgraded to the 3 bedroom - it's absolutely vast! But the experience between the two is common, so still relevant). The beds are comfy - really soft but comfy, although the feather pillows go to nothing. You can get different types from reception but we ultimately didn't find any of them particularly good. However we're a bit fussy when it comes to that so I...

"We loved this resort! The food was delicious, the alcoholic drinks, coffees, and water on tap was brilliant. I may need to install that at home! the beach shuttle and walk was great, and how wonderful to have free food and drinks on the beach! Our favourite end to the day was the live music at the sunset lounge! Great value and highly recommended! "

"Attractive setting, helpful and efficient staff. Located near a good choice of shops and restaurants. Mattresses too soft for me, pillows to “springy” felt as though they were filled with cut up foam. Sun loungers did not have cushions which made them difficult sit on for extended periods."

"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

"The Don Miguel hotel is HUGE! It's a large, sprawling hotel that needs a bit of renovation, but is in a great location, with the entrance being on the corner of a main road. It is very close to the Yumbo Centre and all the fun that entails, as well as being opposite a small if expensive supermarket. The staff here are amazing! "The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."
