"Lovely property but I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to find out the sky bar was closed until 2025, this was not communicated prior to our stay and was not stated anywhere on the hotel listing prior to booking. The skybar was one of the main things that attracted us to the hotel when looking and had we known it wouldn’t be open we may have reconsidered this. "

"Nice and clean. Well placed near everything. Only 2 complaints but nothing major. 1. We had the room next to the lift which was a bit noisy. 2. We asked for a double bed but got given 2 singles.
